The stainless steel base cake display showcase DGG-B06 includes a balanced refrigeration system. It is programmed to keep a temperature range of +2~+8 degrees celsius. The bakery display case is on a defrost timer system, when it gets too hot the compressor turns on, and when it gets too cold the refrigeration system turns off. The bakery case system is set to have a slightly higher than normal humidity level to keep your pastries moist and delicious.
This bakery display case is made for commercial usage, it is capable of withstanding commercial and industrial daily use. The 304 stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. The flush glass design provides a sleek, durable finish.
The interior is made of 304 series stainless steel to resist corrosion, and make it easy to clean. The unit features special refrigerator insulation between the steel to ensure temperatures stay consistent and your treats stay fresh.
